Moss is a grey East Coast bred. As a four year old he was selected as one of the company horses for ‘The Hobbit’ and featured as one of the 12 greys for the elves to ride. Moss was also one of the dwarves horses in the film coping well with the demands of being on a film set and wearing a padded hairy suit to look like a shaggy pony! He is a real special individual that is a pleasure to ride. Moss recently featured in a fashion shoot for We’Ar clothing.
Mangu Sir Robs Fenwick’s latest addition to the team stands just shy of 18hh and is coal black. Also from New Zealand’s East Coast. He started life as a pack horse on pig and deer hunting expeditions, then run with hares and hounds at Hawkes Bay hunt, a magnificent and very speical horse.

Harry is a grey stationbred that was purchased for ‘The Hobbit’. He has had a huge career as an eventer and hunts master’s horse who is fun to ride for people with some experience. Harry is the lead horse of the herd.
Leo is a white appaloosa with black spots. He has come along in leaps and bounds and a real smooch since I got him a year ago with many issues of trust. A very kind type that is responsive that someone who can ride will really appreciate.
Marmite is a bay Kaimanawa and a real enigma. He is the little big horse and if he was a weight lifter he’d be Precious Mackenzie! The most sure footed horse in the team that really lifts above his weight while being incredibly safe.
Cool Story had a very successful trotting career and has won over $250,000 in stakes.
